Good place for a short stay

Location was very convenient. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Staff super supportive and helpful. Cleanliness of the beds and room.

A pleasant comfortable stay in old style decor.

The room was spacious and had pleasant old style decor and a big comfortable bed. Inner courtyard and pool were lovely features in the hotel. Service was prompt and helpful.

Bathroom needed maintenance and update. Food was fair. Courtyard chairs in poor repair.

Good

The room (Deluxe Double with Balcony) was very spacious.

The bathroom bath towels were so old that it's Grey and only 2 bath towels in the bathroom. There's no face towels provided for such a "Deluxe Room". On the last day of my stay, the faucet leaked and flooded the toilet floor. Good thing the maintenance guy managed to stop the leak.

Decent hotel - but breakfast is not worth it.

Large room with good bed

Breakfast is not advicable for people who don't like rice or noodles for breakfast - dry bread with egg and juice does not live up to standard.

Short family retreat

The lobby and the room luxury look. Tastefully designed. Location is good.

The bed was abit hard. When i lay down, can feel some of the bed spring. Breakfast was so-so, not much variety.

Very ordinary hotel with very average service... no western food, alcohol served.

Location good, good range of fruit juices, cakes, some staff ok.

Typical local Indonesian facility service at best fair; outrageous price in Indonesia for what is basically a 3 star hotel..NO WESTERN FOOD AND NO ALCOHOL AVAILABLE .

I just loved the location which is near with hang out places.

They really need to pay attention on the bed, i booked a twin room with additional bed and 3 of them were very uncomfortable with hard wire bed. Dirty towels in the bathroom, hot water not work properly. overall the room was not match with the photos on booking.com. Awful dinner but better breakfast. Murky water in the swimming pool, no water circulations. limited parking area.

Not good enough for 4*

Their staff service is very good, they are always trying to help us out (taxi to airport, storing luggage, finding a good spa nearby..) The room had a comfortable bed, aircon, fridgde. There was a place to sit / eat for 2 people. Roomservice was fast. They have nice ice coffees in the lobby lounge area.

Lot of mosquitos but no mosquito net. Shower doesn't get hot, Showerhead can't be repositioned. Not enough toiletpaper. Only 1 actual mirror, not full body. The ceiling lights are very very bright. Assortment breakfast foods at buffet was sparse. Eggs are cold. Only black coffee, no other coffee specialties available at breakfast unless you pay extra. They take away your plates and cutlery before you're finished eating, which is quite bothersome. The staff barely speak English, it is hard to communicate with them. Housekeeping woke us up, they knock pretty loudly. Roomservice food (burger) was bad, but Indonesian food might be good here - we didn't get the chance to try. Airfreshner smell in the elevator is nauseating.

Location good but the impression of the ambience at the lobby totally different with the bedroom.

I like the location which is in the heart of the city and close to the botanical garden and public park. The staff is friendly and helpful. One of the staff which his name is Wisnu quite helpful and quick response to my inquiry. He helped to combine the two beds as a double bed as my requested which did not apply yet once I arrived there. He also responded quickly to my request to change into the proper bed sheet and cover for a double bed. The impression of building design and interior design in the lobby was beautiful and awesome which totally different from the bedroom.

According to the staff that sent us to the room, the building where we were staying was the newer one compare to the building at the lobby. However, the impression once got to the bedroom was less maintenance. The floor was dusty and dirty. The furniture such the clothes cabinet look so old and dusty. In the bathroom, we also found the sink not as clean as we expected. The sink table which made from marble supposed to be can maintain well than this by using a proper cleaner to remove the stain. We also found a solid soap was opened. It seems that they still kept the soap has been used by the previous guest in the bathroom, which not good at all. We saw the door in the bathroom also started broken we could see there were gaps (hole) in between the part. At first, I did not believe other guests comments in booking.com that saying some about their facilities until I experienced by myself, such as the water pressure for the shower is too small and for the first two nights I couldn't have hot water for bathing. The technician came twice, and at the end, they said I have to wait till one hour ahead to get it hot since they restart the system because some error happened due too many guests at the hotel. Meaning this hotel did not ready to anticipate high season with full room occupied. Then I chose to take a bath with cold water rather wait till late only for getting hot water. One more thing, I have to be careful next time when booking the room, as I thought that a fridge will be a standard amenity provided by most of the hotel but not with this room in this hotel.

Good Hotel. Need improvement.

Overall the bedroom facilities are fine. Bathroom however need improvement since the shower water pressure is too low.

Breakfast is no meat at all. Better to serve meat or some duck than just some fried mushroom.

Good for short business trip

Staffs were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Swimming pool is okay (I didn't expect so much).

The hotel is old, bathroom etc looks old and a bit dirty. Weird flooring especially for the meeting rooms. Floors are uneven and can be dangerous. Bed was rather hard.

I have no idea how this hotel has only a 7.

I have no idea how this hotel has only a 7.5 on booking.com. The hotel is very comfy, spacious rooms, very friendly personnel, the area is nice and quiet, and yet close to the park and other interesting neighborhoods. The buffet is not haut cuisine but more than good enough. Did I mention the pool? Next time in Bogor I will definitely stay here again

The lighting system make it looks like dark gloomy rooms.

I didn't take food there. They have a big restaurant. No idea about the food!

Confusing to walk inside the place. Not easy to find your room. The signs were very confusing. The rooms were dark.
